Each investment program goes through a four-document legal checklist validated by our team before being made visible on the platform.

  • Developer identity document

    KBIS or local equivalent. Legal identity, executives, incorporation date of the project-holding company.

  • Building permit

    Valid administrative authorization issued by the competent authorities of the host country.

  • Detailed financial plan

    Forecast budget by phase, allocation of raised funds, investor return scenarios.

  • Land title certificate

    Title deed or long-term lease evidencing the developer's rights over the project land.

Is AFRIQIMMO a payment intermediary?
No. AFRIQIMMO never receives or holds any funds. All subscriptions are settled directly between the investor and the developer, off-platform (wire transfer, mobile money). AFRIQIMMO only handles declarative verification and transparency of construction tracking.
What are the risks?
Any real-estate investment carries a risk of partial or total loss of capital. Displayed target performances (ROI, duration) are indicative and do not bind the platform. Read the legal disclaimer present on every program carefully.
How am I informed of progress?
After your first tranche is confirmed by the admin, you receive a personal private link by email. This page lists your investments, the progress of each phase, and the reports sent by the developer.
Is there a minimum entry ticket?
Each program displays its suggested minimum amount in the "Invest" form. This amount is purely indicative — the developer ultimately validates your subscription.
Can I exit before maturity?
No. Confirmed tranches are final — there is no early redemption mechanism via AFRIQIMMO. Investor returns are paid out at the end of construction according to each program's own schedule.
Which documents are verified?
Four legal documents are mandatory before publication: developer legal-identity document (KBIS), building permit, detailed financial plan, and land title. The AFRIQIMMO team confirms their presence and consistency; this is a declarative check and does not substitute for an independent audit.
