Buying new-build property in French-speaking Africa is still fragmented: scattered programs, unevenly sourced developers, contradictory information. AFRIQIMMO centralizes verified programs, surfaces developers with their delivered projects, and gives buyers and investors the concrete inputs they need to decide — prices, floor plans, payment terms, delivery schedules.
We are not an online real estate agent. We never touch transactions. Our role is limited to qualified introductions: you find the program that fits, we facilitate direct contact with the developer.
